People Marcus Cubitt

Marcus' experience at PRP ranges across various contract types (tradition, design and build), client models (housing associations, private homeowners, contractor clients, developer clients) and project sectors (residential, regeneration, mixed use, community, retrofit). He has particular attention on cross-consultant coordination on large projects as PRP fulfils its BIM orientated Lead Consultant role. Marcus has balanced experience on both design and technical stages, allowing him to plan ahead for successful delivery on site. These skills are utilised on high profile schemes in London, including the prestigious Chobham Manor scheme at the Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park and nearby at Cherry Park, containing 1,225 high quality PRS tenure dwellings in tower blocks, mansion blocks and associated amenity spaces.

Marcus has presented at Ecobuild on high performance fabric energy efficiency buildings as well as attended the RIBA ‘Future Leaders’ programme and coordinated the CPD programme for over four years. He has a Master's in urban design and is a Chartered member of RIBA.
