Claire joined PRP as an HR generalist in 2015, and plays an integral role in the day-to-day operations of the People & Culture team. Overseeing all aspects of the employee journey, from recruitment to onboarding and offboarding, Claire supports the Head of People & Culture in implementing and driving policies and programmes that reflect the Board’s strategic direction.

Since he qualified in 2003 Greg has worked on a broad range of projects, in the UK and internationally.

He has been involved on all stages of the design process, from concept design to completion on site. Greg enjoys the challenge of putting together construction details to realise the original design intent. Working on technical delivery helps inform the early planning design, a skill particularly relevant in the new regulatory environment.

Greg has worked on many project types, but principally in the residential sector, from listed building conversions to resident-led masterplans, in the UK, Europe and South East Asia. He has worked on several blocks of the Olympic village, the masterplan design of a mental health hospital site redevelopment, and most recently the delivery of a 650 unit mixed tenure residential scheme in Harrow.

Greg has a passion for urban regeneration and delivering high quality affordable homes for people, through designing environmentally, socially and economically sustainable housing schemes.

Miruna has a diverse range of experience, from developing feasibility studies and concept designs within larger masterplans to managing complex planning submissions. She is well-versed in leading and coordinating multidisciplinary teams on large-scale residential and mixed-use projects. Miruna is dedicated to delivering high-quality, carefully crafted designs that sit in harmony with their surroundings. Her recent projects, including Brooklands Grove and Ashmere Phase 2 of Ebbsfleet Garden City, showcase her commitment to landscape-led proposals and her focus to create vibrant, sustainable communities.

Miruna is a regular guest critic and lecturer at various universities, keen to share her knowledge and mentor students in developing innovative architectural proposals for our built environment.

Tim, an Associate Director in Development Consultancy, has over 27 years of experience as a Chartered Building Surveyor and is leading a programme of façade remediation schemes for major housing associations across the UK. Tim is committed to excellence in delivering construction projects, managing façade remediation projects, and has previously led large-scale estate regeneration projects and delivered building safety case reports.

Tim is an experienced Building Surveyor, Project Manager, and Employer’s Agent, having worked on a range of projects, providing pre- and post-contract services from refurbishment to new build and estate regeneration. He is also a RICS Counsellor, providing support to APC candidates on their journeys to professional membership.

Justin has been a dedicated member of PRP's design process since 2010, bringing expertise in 3D design visualization to the forefront of architectural development. As the Head of 3D Design Visualisation, Justin plays a crucial role in transforming conceptual ideas into vivid, realistic visual representations. His work involves designing and testing various architectural elements, encompassing everything from large-scale massing forms to intricate facade details.

Justin, along with his team are instrumental in realizing some of the most prominent contemporary projects at PRP. His keen eye for detail allows architects and clients to visualize and refine their designs throughout the development process. This collaborative approach helps bridge the gap between concept and reality, enabling a more cohesive and efficient design workflow. His commitment to bring complex architectural concepts to life make him a valuable asset to PRP's team.

Debbie is an Architect with experience across all work stages, predominantly in the residential sector on schemes of various scales. Projects include domestic housing, large-scale mixed-use developments, high-rise apartment blocks, built-to-rent schemes and in recent years multiple purpose-built student accommodation schemes across London. 

During this time, she has gained extensive experience and developed specific knowledge of offsite modular construction techniques working on both the delivery side and subsequently early stage design of several projects. She has a keen interest in modern methods of construction and how it can be used to deliver buildings (particularly alternative residential buildings) efficiently, safely and sustainably. She enjoys collaborating with and coordinating various consultant teams and is committed to working efficiently to achieve the best results for both the client and the end user. 

Eric is a Chartered Architectural Technologist, based in our London studio. He has a particular focus on the Principal Designer (Building Regulations) role and is a full member of the Chartered Institute of Architectural Technologists. 

Eric began his career as an architectural technician, working on the detailed design of housing, office, and retail developments, later specialising in housing. He was involved in low, medium, and high-rise schemes for housing associations and private clients, employed by both large and small practices.

Later, Eric moved to a housing developer environment where he worked as a Technical Manager/Senior Technical Manager for over 15 years, managing the pre-construction/detailed design stage of housing developments. In this role, Eric engaged in a wide range of development functions, including soil investigations, environmental and arboricultural investigations, utility services coordination, and the detailed design of buildings.

Moo joined PRP in 2022 and brings with him a wealth of experience in adding joy to people’s working lives. He encourages people to take breaks, give hugs and is particularly skilled in sampling lunches. 

Piotr Michalski leads PRP’s Wroclaw Front-End team. He holds a PhD in zero-energy housing, earned while studying architecture at Wroclaw University of Technology. Currently, he serves as a guest lecturer there.

As a qualified architect, Piotr brings extensive experience in overseeing projects across various design stages. His portfolio includes diverse schemes in Poland and the UK, encompassing residential, office, and educational buildings, along with interior design.

Piotr's passion lies in sustainable architecture and the technological aspects of project delivery. Within the practice, he focuses on introducing innovative tools and workflows at all project stages

. 

Ross is responsible for delivering PRP’s company graphics. This includes a wide range of material; promotional brochures, high end bid documents, flyers, event collateral, invitations, banners, consultation boards and exhibition stands. In addition, he creates print and digital assets for marketing events, social and digital channels, and large-scale exterior graphics. Ross is experienced in branding, logo design and typography. With over 6 years’ experience of working within the architecture industry Ross has a good understanding of taking projects through from inception to practical completion. He oversees the projects graphics within the London office and is experienced in working with external suppliers and printers, programming and budgeting.

Mark has over 25 years of industry experience, primarily focused on the technical development of large residential and mixed-use schemes. His particular interest lies in low-carbon, fabric-first building strategies, emphasising industry innovation. Skilled in leading teams and managing projects, he coordinates design processes among clients, contractors, and consultants. He has been using Revit on live projects since 2009 and is an advanced user of AutoCAD and NBS specifications.

Mark enjoys mentoring younger staff members, participating in technical and peer reviews, and engaging in office-wide CPD programmes. He is also a member of several Steering Groups within PRP that align with his specific interests.

Laura is an associate director at PRP with over 18 years’ experience working in various roles such as project management, graphics and marketing, forming an ideal skillset as the Head of Business Development and Bids at PRP. Having completed a degree in fine art she also brings a creative flair to her role. 

Laura has a keen eye for detail and a strong drive to get things done well. Above all, she enjoys researching the places that are the subject of the bids she helps create, including the history, the challenges, and the ambitions of the diverse communities PRP works with to inform our social value action plans.

Judith, a versatile architect, has worked on a diverse range of projects, from interior design to concept design, and on to completion of large regeneration schemes. At PRP, her current focus is on façade remediation schemes, working in collaboration with design teams, clients, and contractors to update existing buildings to meet contemporary standards.

She holds a Masters of Architecture from the National Technical University of Athens, obtained in 2009, and a MArch in Urban Design from the Bartlett School of Architecture, completed in 2010. Her studies at Bartlett focused on the potential reuse of decayed historical structures. Judith was nominated for the RIBA Rising Star Awards in 2018.

Andreea, a landscape architect with over 13 years of experience, specialises in large-scale, multi-disciplinary projects. Her dual master's degrees in urban design and landscape architecture underpin her expertise in major public realm and mixed-use schemes. She has played a key role in delivering significant residential developments across London, including Chobham Manor, Northwick Park Masterplan, and Morris Walk Estate.

Her expertise extends to detailed design, design coordination, and the advancement of digital and BIM technologies within the industry and her practice. This proficiency has led to her appointment as the Landscape BIM Coordinator. Dedicated to creating high-quality architecture that positively impacts people's lives, Andreea has been pivotal in developing and sharing her knowledge of BIM software within her team.

James, an architect and project leader at PRP, has 12 years of experience in residential architecture practices. He has led both the front-end design and technical delivery of several large, prestigious projects across the office. His skill set encompasses a proficient understanding of BIM workflows, team management, and the creation of ambitious visions while maintaining a comprehensive understanding of construction regulations.

In 2022, James oversaw the completion of Academy Street in Warrington, a significant development consisting of a 144-apartment, 9-story town center for Torus Housing Association. His involvement from feasibility through to completion provided a consistent and guiding presence in the project's development.

James also played a key role in designing and delivering three extra care buildings for the £55m Hull PFI Extra Care project. His experience extends to specialist housing projects, healthcare, leisure, and masterplanning.

Darren's career spans over 20 years, during which he has developed a broad, multi-disciplined commercial expertise. He has held diverse roles, including Employer’s Agent, Contract Administrator, Commercial Manager, and Project Surveyor. As a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Building and a member of the Committee at the London HUB of the Chartered Institute of Building, Darren brings a wealth of industry knowledge and professional recognition to his work.

Responsible for procurement stages, contract agreements, and post-contract management, he maintains a client-focused approach while collaborating effectively within design teams on project delivery. Darren adopts a positive, flexible approach to problem-solving, particularly for challenging projects.

His extensive experience encompasses various contract types such as the JCT standard suite of contracts, NEC3 Options C & E, and PPC 2000. Additionally, Darren has worked with special terms from the Supply Chain Management Group (SCMG) in his role as a Partnering Adviser.

At PRP, Stefan plays a key role in the private developer housing team. He started by working on extra care schemes with the specialist housing group and moved to his current team in 2014. He is skilled in designing and managing projects, helping them succeed in the planning stage. Stefan's strong design skills and his ability to use Revit effectively allow him to handle a wide range of projects, from urban developments to new town extensions on the outskirts.

Stefan completed his Master of Architecture (MArch) at Cardiff University. He continued his architectural studies while working at PRP and became a qualified architect in 2015. His understanding of placemaking and urban design has been valuable in his work at PRP.

Robin is an experienced project lead architect with a specialism in technical delivery. He has been working at PRP since 2009 and qualified in 2013. Since then, he has gained versatile experience on a wide range of residential projects, from small but complex listed building redevelopments to large-scale, high-end PRS mixed-use developments

Richard is a dedicated architect with a focus on lower-rise residential projects, as well as expertise in extra care and urban mixed-use developments. Since joining PRP, he has successfully designed numerous landscape-oriented proposals that emphasise a strong sense of place and community.

His work includes developing detailed designs within larger masterplans, often collaborating with PRP's urban design and masterplanning team. Richard's experience extends to presenting to local authorities and design review panels, interpreting design codes, and effectively managing complex client and consultant teams to achieve positive outcomes. 

Recent projects include a new phase of the North West Cambridge Development at Eddington, distinctive buildings on Town Quay in Barking, and several sections of Eastern Quarry in Ebbsfleet Garden City.

Daniel is a BIM manager working primarily with the technical teams working in post Planning stages. His role is to establish the best workflows within a team to achieve the project deliverables using BIM. He has presented at a number of BIM 4 Housing conferences. He also fulfils the role of troubleshooter authoring software related problems. His motivation is a desire to automate and improve the efficiency of repetitive tasks in order to maximise the time available for the design team to use their intellects to improve the quality of the design.

Andrea has extensive experience in various sectors, including residential, office, mixed-use, and regeneration schemes. His expertise spans all stages of project development, from feasibility to construction. Andrea's approach is shaped by his years of collaboration with industry-leading clients and consultants on complex and challenging projects.

Andrea has participated in and led the design of several high-profile, large-scale developments. His work includes towers in Canada and the UK, and he has won proposals for national and international competitions. His professional journey includes working in Italy, Brazil, and Chile, which has equipped him with a strong capacity to work effectively with multicultural teams. 

David is an experienced Full Stack Web Applications Developer based at our Surrey Office.

Prior to joining PRP in 2006, David studied at the London College of Communication (LCC) and went on to hold numerous technical and design lead roles within the publishing sector.

Kartikeya is an Associate Director Environmental Consultant at PRP and a Module Leader at the University of Westminster master's programme in Architecture and Environmental Design. With over ten years of industry experience, he has led the environmental design for numerous schemes and delivered some of the most sustainable buildings in the UK and abroad, which includes Kingston University's Town House - RIBA Stirling Prize Winner 2021, LSE’s Centre Building Winner of RIBA National Award & Civic Trust Award 2021, and Noida International Airport Winner of AR Future project Award 2022.

With an interest in integrating sustainability at early design stages, he specialises in a variety of state-of-the-art environmental simulation techniques and has a keen interest in expanding the realm of integrated passive design, climate-responsive buildings and designing for well-being. He has created a range of bespoke environmental analysis tools, for which his work has regularly been shortlisted for the Building Simulation Awards. Kartikeya has also co-authored research papers for various conferences, including PLEA, BAMB and CISBAT and has supervised over 50 master’s dissertations in the field of environmental design.

Naomi is a director within PRP's Development Consultancy team. She has experience in a wide range of stages including feasibility appraisal, resident consultation, full planning applications, design development, refurbishment, and construction.

Naomi has collaborated with various clients, including Housing Associations and Private Developers. She has contributed to numerous high-profile specialist and housing projects, ranging in size from small to large-scale. More recently, Naomi has conducted research into sustainable materials and house-building practices and has worked alongside Ministry of Housing, Communities and Local Government on analytical impact reviews.

Luca has more than 20 years of experience working as a Senior Site Inspector, Project Team Leader and Project Manager in the construction industry. He has the most experience in contracting, Building Regulations, and a thorough understanding of technology construction, as well as a Quality Standard and Procedures. 

As a member of the Development Consultancy Team at PRP, he has completed façade and internal fire safety investigations and carried out inspections of refurbishment and new build projects. Consequentially, he has compiled detailed reports to define necessary remediations in accordance to British Standards and Building Regulations.

Caroline, a talented architect hailing from Spain, has been working in the UK ever since she completed her qualification in architecture and urban planning.

Possessing prior experience in private residential developments, Caroline has demonstrated her strengths as an integral member of PRP's later living team since joining in January 2019. 

Known for her exceptional leadership capabilities, she works within the technical team to oversee projects from tender stage through to completion, ensuring high-quality detailing at every stage of the process. 

As technical standards coordinator, Mo’s primary role is to oversee PRP internal fire safety audits and support project teams on all matters related to fire strategy, building safety and compliance.

With previous experience as a senior technician, Mo possesses excellent knowledge in technical design and coordination management for a wide range of building systems on large scale residential, regeneration and retrofit design & build schemes.

Combining this with his expertise and understanding of fire safety standards, Mo provides technical support to teams throughout all RIBA stages. His overview and input to the design team’s work helps safeguard designs.

Mo is also an integral member of PRP's technical design & fire safety steering groups.

Elisa is an experienced architect who qualified in Argentina 29 years ago, before completing a master’s degree in Barcelona, Spain.

Since joining PRP in 2005, Elisa has become a key member of the later living team, working on a range of projects across typologies including care homes, retirement housing, extra care and general needs housing.

Elisa’s particular area of expertise lies in front end later living and dementia design, specifically for care homes. Having worked on projects in both the public and private sectors, her previous experience also covers residential-led masterplans, hospitality buildings and developing briefs for new universities in Argentina.

Elisa also imparts her knowledge on the next generation of architects, having worked as an assistant teacher on design courses at both UBA and UP in Argentina.

Alan has worked in the construction industry for over 20 years and has a wealth of experience across multiple sectors. Having started life in the industry as a graduate trainee, he progressed into Project Management with a range of major contractors operating as project lead on large multifaceted regeneration schemes across London and the South East, before transitioning into a client side role.  

He has sound technical and contractual knowledge with a focus on compliance. He has been a Full Member of the Chartered Institute of Building since 2009 and became a CIOB Chartered Construction Manager in 2014. He is also an Associate Member of the RICS

Chris is a chartered architectural technologist with a passion for sustainable design. With over 15 years’ experience, Chris has been involved in a diverse range of projects, from residential and commercial, to educational and ecclesiastical projects. He has a deep understanding of design and regulatory standards, which enables him to deliver projects that meet clients' expectations.

Chris takes pride in his ability to communicate complex technical information, ensuring that all parties involved in a project are fully informed and engaged throughout the process. His strong collaborative approach fosters a positive working relationship with clients, contractors, and other design professionals, resulting in successful project outcomes.

Chris has a keen focus on the technical delivery of remedial façade projects at PRP.

Ewa is a senior architect specialising in residential and mixed-use projects of various scales ranging from individual houses to large scale apartment buildings. Her most recent project contained a single phase 1225 dwelling build to rent scheme. She has a wealth of experience working across all tenures especially PRS and all RIBA stages.

One of her interests is facade design, especially innovative solutions like prefabricated systems. She has developed specific knowledge of unitised facades while working on the Cherry Park project, which features various bespoke curtain walling systems across eleven buildings.

Ewa is committed to delivering the best possible solutions to the client whether it be design at the early stages of a project, or technical delivery, as she strongly believes that good architecture improves people’s lives.

Carolina has extensive experience in architecture, urban design, and masterplanning, both in the UK and internationally. She applies her combined skills to deliver integrated solutions for large-scale, complex projects through all stages of development, from concept design to completion. Her expertise includes leading and coordinating multidisciplinary teams on large masterplanning and regeneration projects, producing vision concepts, feasibility studies, large-scale planning applications, and design codes. Carolina's broad knowledge of architecture, urban design, and urban economics ensures her town centre regeneration projects are both future-proofed and deliverable.

Genoveva is an ARB Architect with vast architectural experience that spans over 20 years ranging from mixed use residential developments, student accommodation, educational, healthcare buildings, master planning and urban design.

Able to work independently or lead a team through all design stages from feasibility to delivery, Genoveva is dedicated to creating innovative and conceptual architecture and maintaining high quality standards at all levels of the design process.

Genoveva joined PRP in 2018 and has been involved in the delivery of the high-profile private rented sector development Cherry Park in Stratford, as well as the early design stages of a number of prestigious mixed-use residential projects and student accommodation developments.

Responsible for leading teams in order to produce project deliverables based on a Level 2 BIM process with a strong emphasis on standardization and rationalization. Genoveva was awarded DIPLOMA – Laureate from the International Academy of Architecture for Best Diploma Project, and Master of Architecture from the Architecture University of Architecture, Civil Engineering and Geodesy, Sofia, Bulgaria.

Mario is an associate in the landscape team with more than 25 years of experience in horticulture and landscape architecture. His work includes large-scale masterplanning, detailed design, and implementing urban and residential projects. He has been part of significant public realm, housing, and mixed-use projects, bringing his vast experience and knowledge to every part of the design process, especially in technical and on-site delivery. His extensive knowledge in horticulture has been crucial in delivering several complex landscape projects within the team.

Sarah is a chartered architect specialising in CDM and the evolving Building Safety Act with a focus on their integration and visibility in collaborative project delivery. She has been a member of the RIBA’s Health and Safety Expert Panel, currently contributes to the RIBA’s Expert Advisory sub-group and is a member of the CONIAC and CIC Health and Safety Working Group. She is delivering the RIBA’s Health and Safety core CPD training for 2023. She takes part in industry panels, events, webinars and various industry groups focussing on CDM, building safety and the built environment.

As the Head of People & Culture, Cat brings 12 years of experience in Human Resources to PRP. Half of that time has been spent supporting employees in the built environment sector. She is passionate about mental health, wellbeing as well as learning and development, which underpins our people-centered approach here at PRP. 

Marcin Puchala has been leading PRP's Wroclaw studio since 2017. He studied architecture at Wroclaw University of Technology and University College Dublin where he obtained his Part 3 qualification. Marcin has over twenty years’ experience in delivering large scale residential schemes in the UK, Ireland and Poland. While developing the Wroclaw studio, his team has grown from six members of staff in 2017 to 40 members in 2022. He has a keen interest in BIM and delivery of business operations.

Roumpini is an urban designer and masterplanner specialising in the design and assessment of the built environment. She has worked on a wide range of projects of various scales and gained extensive experience in masterplanning and urban design, with a primary focus on large-scale urban regeneration schemes.

She has led numerous projects, from feasibility studies and options appraisals to outline planning applications, design codes, and the development of stakeholder and community engagement strategies. Passionate about placemaking, she is committed to delivering inclusive and intergenerational masterplans.

Roumpini is also a PhD candidate researching models of future smart resilient cities via sensory mapping, contributing to academic conferences and presenting papers on the social, economic, and environmental benefits of public spaces.

Chris, an Associate Director in Development Consultancy, is currently leading several cladding remediation projects for major housing associations and providing senior support to teams. With over 20 years of experience in project management and building consultancy, Chris has worked in both consultancy and client roles.

His expertise spans a variety of large and small development and refurbishment projects, performing extensive monitoring and inspections for various stakeholders in residential, commercial, and institutional construction sectors.

In his previous role, Chris offered senior-level support, including on-site project management and contract administration, contributing to the completion of a complex residential-led mixed-use development. His role involved addressing performance defects in façades, cladding, and internal fit-outs of mid-to-high-rise apartments.

Ed joined PRP in 2012, qualifying as an architect in 2014 and becoming an associate in 2021.

His work has predominantly centred around technical delivery of a number of projects, varied in size and nature from medical centres and extra-care facilities to office refurbishments.

He has experience working with clients from across a range of sectors - including small scale private healthcare, registered charities and commercial property developers. Building strong client relationships through clear communication is important to Ed, which has seen him lead on the redevelopment of St Ann’s Hospice, Heald Green – including the design of a wide reaching stakeholder consultation process, producing a number of feasibility studies, and taking the project to planning and working drawings.

Ed has a keen interest in nurturing social value within the Manchester Studio. He coordinates and actively participates in fundraising and support efforts for annually selected Studio Charities, mentors architecture students through the RIBA Future Architects Scheme, and is the Studio Wellbeing Champion.

Vicki has worked in the construction industry for over 15 years, during which time she has worked for Building Control, the National House-Building Council, developers and most recently as a site manager. She has a deep understanding of construction and construction management combined with good technical knowledge and a focus on compliance.

As part of the development consultancy team at PRP, Vicki investigates building facades. providing clarification and confirmation as to whether they are compliant or not. She also outlines remediation strategies to ensure building facades can be redeveloped in line with building regulations.

Max is a trained architect (ARB registered) with extensive experience (20+yrs) in a wide range of sectors gained with internationally established UK practices. He has been involved at all levels of the construction process from client liaison, and concept design to construction information including tender documentation, detailed working information and specification writing.

Max is a passionate all-round architect with strong technical expertise, a design lead approach and project running skills, experienced in leading the coordination of design packages, managing consultants and design teams to ensure the successful delivery of the project on site. Max’s expertise is in façade and cladding Systems design, technical coordination and material performance and compliance. He has a keen interest in Modern Method of Construction (MMC), Modular construction and Unitised application to high rise buildings. Max has worked on High rise residential projects, as well as large Mixed-use residential developments.

Philippa is an employer's agent and project manager with 14 years of experience working with local authorities and housing organisations to deliver various housing schemes around London. She has been previously seconded to City West Homes, as well as to Croydon Council and Bracknell Forest Council, to work on their school expansion programmes.

Philippa excels in communicating with a broad range of stakeholders at all levels, up to and including the client's executive team, whilst meeting time and budget pressures. Increasingly, projects take place on sites that are at the centre of a complex still in use by residents and staff. Philippa skilfully manages the competing needs and liaises carefully between the client and contractor to protect the staff of both client and contractor, and the residents, whilst allowing the work to progress on site.

As Head of Marketing, Amelie is responsible for communicating and elevating the PRP brand through strategy and client engagement. Amelie is a senior marketing advisor to the leadership team, driving market and sector differentiation and leading the firm's marketing and communications team in the UK and Poland. She has been named Communicator of the Year at the 2019 International Building Press Awards and Young Communicator of the Year at the 2016 awards. 

Derek is a seasoned building surveyor, employer's agent, and project manager with 39 years of experience in the construction industry, particularly in residential development. Currently leading a team of Employer's Agents at PRP's Development Consultancy, Derek and his team offer a variety of development services to a diverse client base, including new business opportunities and land-led S106 schemes.

Derek's strengths lie in procuring new business, building and managing customer and stakeholder relationships, and effective communication at all levels. Derek is also highly experienced in negotiating contracts for National House Builders and Registered Providers, ensuring projects are completed with award-winning quality, on time, and within budget. Derek's project experience includes new builds, refurbishments, working with Listed Buildings, and handling Party Wall Awards.

Luciana completed her qualifications in architecture at FADU University in Argentina and joined PRP in 2012. She previously worked in a large UK practice specializing in the residential, healthcare, and education sectors.

She has particular expertise in cross-consultant coordination, and her work is primarily focused on the technical delivery of high-quality, large-scale residential developments in London. Recent projects include London's newest neighbourhood, Chobham Manor, at the Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park in Stratford.

She has been working with Building Information Modelling (BIM) since 2009 and continues to use her in-depth BIM software knowledge alongside her extensive technical experience.

Luciana has a good understanding of the aspirations of clients and contractors alike, with considerable knowledge in the design and delivery of high-volume residential schemes.

Over the past 10 years at PRP, Sara has played a key role in delivering a number of projects related to sustainability in the built environment.

Her detailed knowledge of building analysis and design is complemented by direct experiences on the performance gap and practical approach gained by working closely with key sustainability products, manufacturers, and installers and by engaging and communicating with residents and other non-technical stakeholders to deliver retrofit projects, implementation plans, and Post Occupancy Evaluations.

As a key member of the Development Consultancy team, Sara currently leads a variety of projects with a particular focus on Daylight and Sunlight, Social Value, Embodied Carbon, and POE, providing advice on the wider thermal performance of buildings across a variety of uses. Sara's expertise is applied on a variety of scales, combining her experience as a BREEAM Communities assessor with small-scale research projects focused on developing new products for suppliers and regulation analysis for government bodies, enabling her to always be at the forefront concerning new systems, technologies, and materials.

Prior to joining PRP, she had a central role in implementing sustainable strategies in sensitive urban areas and worked with the University of Naples, Italy, on a major retrofit conference and report, both titled "The Building Retrofit Challenge," helping her gain extensive experience in social research.

Noel's experience working within the residential sector for the last 10 years, specializing in major projects and high risk residential buildings (HRRBs) for the last eight years, has meant that since joining PRP, he has been able to integrate himself within the team. Pulling on his technical expertise of Building Regulations, British Standards, and other relevant Industry Standards, he has completed investigations of existing facades and has authored reports on the suitability of the as-built façade in accordance with Building Regulations.

Noel has also carried out desktop technical analysis of facades both in the design and build stages, advising clients on their suitability. Once these projects are on-site, he is able to draw on his site inspection skills to monitor and report on the suitability of the as-built installation.

Isla is an architect with experience in housing and regeneration. She has been involved in and been the project lead for a number of mixed-use, residential-led projects of varying scale, working alongside private developers, housing associations, and local authorities. Isla’s experience ranges from concept design through to the technical delivery, giving her a wealth of knowledge across all RIBA stages. She has also been instrumental in developing Vision documents for strategic land.

Isla's role includes being the project lead for several projects within London and the South East, including being the site leader for Site F within the flagship Clapham Park Estate Regeneration, which is considered one of the largest fully detailed planning applications of its kind in the UK. PRP's approach to Clapham Park won the 'Digital and BIM Initiative of the Year' at the 2018 Building Awards.

Isla also has a strong interest in community engagement and has been involved in devising and implementing a number of engagement strategies that have been beneficial to both project development and stakeholder and community inclusivity. Alongside her architectural duties, she is heavily involved in architectural education of all ages through the annual event Open House Families Festival, schools programmes, and mentoring within the studio and in connection with Open City and The Stephen Lawrence Charitable Trust.

Sarah has accumulated over ten years of experience, engaging in a broad spectrum of design and technical delivery aspects. Her most recent focus lies within the residential sector, particularly in Extra Care and PassivHaus housing.

As a seasoned member of PRP's Manchester studio, she has successfully led teams in delivering large, complex buildings from inception to completion. This encompasses involvement in both design and build, as well as traditionally procured projects.

Sarah has significantly contributed to the accolades earned by the Manchester studio for the Stoke PFI projects. She played a key role in the outline design of the highly celebrated Willow Barns scheme, which garnered recognition, including a RIBA West Midlands Award and a Housing Design HAPPI award.

Simon is an experienced chartered architect within PRP’s later living group specialising in residential care and nursing homes for older people and people with dementia. Prior to joining PRP in 2016 he has worked in a variety of sectors including bespoke residential, social housing and private housing in the UK and overseas.

Simon is experienced in the early project stages from initial viability and feasibility, brief development and through to detailed planning applications working with local authorities, registered charities and private healthcare providers.

Alexandra is an experienced architect specialising in residential and mixed-use projects, urban regeneration and environmental design solutions. After graduating from the Architectural Association, Alexandra has joined PRP in 2013 and gained extensive experience working across all tenures and projects of various scales. She is committed to delivering innovative, high quality designs that improve and can adapt to current and future lifestyles.

Alexandra is involved in a series of charitable activities within PRP, including educational programs with Open City such as Open House Families and Architecture in Education. She also coordinates the work experience programme within the practice, mentoring young students in pursuing their passion for architecture and design.

Greg has over 15 years of experience as a senior IT consultant, working with architectural practices in London, including PRP. His expertise spans supporting offices of various sizes, from 20 to 400 staff, and overseeing users up to IT manager level. At PRP, Greg collaborates with the IT Director and Head of IT to develop and implement innovative strategies while ensuring the smooth delivery of IT services across the practice.

Stephen has worked on some of PRP’s most high profile projects, including Chobham Manor and Clapham Park. He has led teams working on the successful delivery of a wide range of project types, including large scale urban regeneration, developer led housing schemes and small scale infill sites, working through RIBA stages 1 to 5. One of his most recent projects includes the design and delivery of Bicester Eco Town, phases 3&4, designing sustainable housing to Code Level 5 and zero carbon targets.

In his role, Stephen leads the project team, liaising with clients, consultants and statutory authorities to co-ordinate and drive the efficient and successful outcome of a project. His excellent interpersonal skills allow him to form strong relationships with clients, consultant teams, stakeholders and the local community to better understand and respond to the views and aspirations of all involved.

Stephen is passionate about innovative, sustainable design with a focus on developing lasting communities.

Carolina has gained extensive experience in large-scale UK and international developments. As a project lead, she focuses on the design and delivery of major residential schemes. Her expertise spans residential, educational, hospitality, retail, and masterplanning projects, from concept design through to completion. She is also well-versed in producing new business bids, competitive tenders, feasibility studies, and detailed planning applications.

With qualifications in both architecture and urban planning, Carolina brings a broad understanding of architectural design, building processes, and project management across multiple scales. 

Tom is an Associate Director working within PRP's later living team. He has a vast amount of experience in both the public and private sectors, specialising in extra care, sheltered housing, care homes, retirement villages and assisted living schemes.

Tom is experienced in all areas of running building projects from initial feasibility and developing the brief, through to planning, tendering and construction processes and on to practical completion. He has also worked previously in other architectural practices specialising in education, offices, high-end residential and retail.

Charlotte's experience consists primarily of regeneration and residential projects, from small scale infill sites to large scale masterplans. Many of Charlotte’s projects are located in very tight regeneration areas, often in close proximity to existing residents and requiring a sensitive design and consultation approach. She has a varied skillset acquired through working at all stages of the design process from inception to delivery and her understanding of both conceptual and detailed design feeds into every aspect of her work.

Charlotte has recently led a number of schemes for RSLs and Local Authorities. This work has included estate wide portfolio reviews and appraisals, concept design, consultations and planning submissions through to technical design. Charlotte is currently leading on a residential-led mixed use scheme in Loughborough Junction for Peabody and the redevelopment of underused Local Authority land to provide a mixed tenure scheme in Wembley for the London Borough of Brent.

Marco is an experienced and passionate architectural technologist who works in PRP’s technical team to lead project delivery and ensure the quality of design is maintained throughout the detailed design and on-site stages. He possesses strong technical, design standards, and regulatory knowledge, and his previous background as a BIM manager enables the streamlined delivery of fully BIM collaborative projects across the design team.

He is a strong project manager and ensures project delivery is well-balanced, with the aim that both client and contractor expectations are met. He works closely with the team to ensure projects are delivered on programme and within the cost plan. Marco's experience extends across various sectors such as high-density mixed-use, high-rise residential, care homes, and retail projects; ranging in contract value from £5m to £100m

Marcus' experience at PRP ranges across various contract types (tradition, design and build), client models (housing associations, private homeowners, contractor clients, developer clients) and project sectors (residential, regeneration, mixed use, community, retrofit). He has particular attention on cross-consultant coordination on large projects as PRP fulfils its BIM orientated Lead Consultant role. Marcus has balanced experience on both design and technical stages, allowing him to plan ahead for successful delivery on site. These skills are utilised on high profile schemes in London, including the prestigious Chobham Manor scheme at the Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park and nearby at Cherry Park, containing 1,225 high quality PRS tenure dwellings in tower blocks, mansion blocks and associated amenity spaces.

Marcus has presented at Ecobuild on high performance fabric energy efficiency buildings as well as attended the RIBA ‘Future Leaders’ programme and coordinated the CPD programme for over four years. He has a Master's in urban design and is a Chartered member of RIBA.

Yiling is experienced in designing and delivering complex projects through various design stages and working extensively with consultants and local authorities. She predominantly works on mixed use schemes and large scale urban regeneration projects, as well as masterplanning and urban design.

She has been involved in a number of significant UK based and international projects, including an outline plan for 5,000 new homes on a former MOD site in Kent. Yiling is currently leading on a 1.64 hectare post-industrial regeneration masterplan in Vulcan Wharf, Stratford and a number of competitions for brownfield, mixed use, urban sites in central London.

Originally trained as a building surveyor, Martyn became chartered in 2006 and is an experienced employer’s agent who has delivered a wide range of specialist and general needs housing schemes. Martyn’s detailed understanding of the design and technical requirements for specialist housing complements his strong construction knowledge developed from many years of delivering complex refurbishment projects. Martyn is leading a team delivering a budget of circa £60 million for fire remediation schemes spread over a number of projects. He has also acted as a mentor and Supervisor for RICS candidates undertaking their APC assessments.

Fero has a broad range of experience in leading projects, masterplanning and the architectural design of different building types, ranging from individual family houses to large mixed use schemes. He also has extensive experience in the production of new business bids and competitive tenders, feasibility studies and initial viability studies, as well as detailed planning applications and working drawings - using both architectural and presentation skills.

Fero's specialist knowledge of Revit has been instrumental in the introduction of the software to the practice, successfully demonstrating the benefits that can be achieved for clients and design teams alike.

Ben is an associate director within the landscape team with over 19 years of experience leading complex regeneration and working with an array of developers, housing associations as well as local authorities. He is responsible for running a variety of landscape schemes across a range of scales.

He has extensive experience in project delivery across all work stages and has seen a number of high profile schemes to fruition. He has experience of working on projects across a variety of sectors including residential, mixed use, commercial, historic sites and infrastructure projects. His experience and qualifications in construction and horticulture underpin his design philosophy and ensure that a conceptual approach is delivered effectively and efficiently.

Pavol has considerable experience in a range of residential, mixed use, and masterplans at a variety of scales. He has worked on new business bids and feasibility studies, as well as producing designs for RIBA Stage 4, enhanced tender information and working on drawing details for construction.

Many of Pavol's projects employ BIM from inception to delivery and he also has extensive experience in Autodesk Revit and is a leading expert within the practice on this method of architectural design development and delivery.

Pavol has worked as a lead designer within multi-disciplinary teams and has an excellent knowledge of current housing and mixed use design standards and legislation, which includes a comprehensive understanding of specialists’ requirements such as building services, structures, highways, noise and vibration, sustainability and ecology. This knowledge is also combined with a full appreciation of the issues and aspirations of residents, clients, developers and local authorities.

Nick is responsible for the practice-wide IT strategy and the web development team. He is also a member of the BIM team, focusing on future technology and its integration into the BIM process.

With 40 years of experience in the industry, he has worked with several large architectural practices in roles spanning CAD, BIM, and IT Director. Nick is passionate about implementing technology to support and enhance the business.

Mike has substantial technical knowledge of the BIM process. He ensures high in-house standards are maintained throughout the practice and that BIM is implemented into projects quickly and efficiently, enabling teams to deliver cost effective BIM solutions tailored to clients' needs.

Mike oversees a team of BIM managers and coordinators in PRP’s BIM steering group and has a wider role targeting continuous training, keeping abreast of the latest thinking on BIM's future implementation across the construction industry and a building’s lifecycle.

Prior to joining PRP, Mike had eighteen years of experience in aviation, rail, health, and education, including lead roles in the delivery of large projects. He has extensive knowledge of all aspects of the design process, from concept design to full construction documentation.

Daniela is originally from Brazil and has been working in the UK since completing her qualifications in architecture at Mackenzie University, Sao Paulo in 2004.

Since joining PRP in January 2010, Daniela has become a key member of the later living team.

Daniela works primarily in the design stages of projects which have included extra care housing, private retirement, care homes and a luxury leisure resort. She has been the project leader on a range of high profile projects within the older persons housing sector and most recently one of Daniela's projects in Lewisham was shortlisted for a prestigious Housing Design Award. Daniela was made an Associate in April 2015. 

Guy joined PRP in 1997 and was employed to co-ordinate the production of working drawings for the Edmonton Partnership Initiative’s housing project in North London using PRP’s Sonata CAD system.

With the introduction of AutoCAD, Guy’s role diversified and he became IT Manager for the London studio. He was responsible for the day to day running of the Windows based network, supporting staff as well as maintaining the servers. As this position developed he took on the responsibility for the IT in other UK studios & was promoted to Head of IT Systems in 2010.

He works alongside the IT Director developing new strategies and techniques, ensuring the highest quality of support.

Having joined PRP in 2005, Karl has gained over 15 years of experience designing and delivering large and complex mixed-use and residential schemes for market leading clients.

He is currently leading some of PRP's most high profiled projects including a significant build to rent scheme (E05 – The Robinson) at Wembley Park for Quintain, which utilises precast façade panels, and the first Berkeley Modular houses and apartments for Berkeley Homes, on a site in Kidbrooke.

Coordinating and managing the various design team members has been a key part of Karl’s role. His thorough understanding of technical issues and the design and construction process has positively influenced his design ability.

He is also a member of the PRP Technical Design Steering Group.

Fiona is an architect and has contributed to many of the Manchester studio's award winning projects. She has been involved in project delivery from masterplan scale to one-off project delivery. She has experience across sectors including commercial, residential and later living. She is particularly interested in the early design aspects of projects delivering complex projects from inception through to planning award. Fiona trained at Robert Gordons University in Aberdeen, Scotland.

Zeke has been an integral part of PRP, where his roles span across design development, planning approval, and technical delivery in various sectors including architecture, new build regeneration, masterplanning, and mixed-use schemes. Notable projects for PRP include, Fountains Close featuring 102 new homes and a 1.8 Ha park, the Wembley 'Apt Living' mixed-use scheme with 656 student clustered rooms/studios, an 'Envac' central refuse collection station, a 223-space car park, and diverse retail spaces. Zeke has also made significant contributions to high-profile projects like the award-winning British Airways 'Waterside', 'GSK House', and the Diageo HQ for Guinness.

Stephen has been instrumental in the successful delivery of many projects, from inception through to completion. Stephen’s all round skills allow him to deliver a wide range of projects within PRP, from small complex in-fill projects to large scale regeneration masterplans.

Stephen's experience has given him the ability to successfully manage projects and design teams with complex and challenging programmes.

Working closely with various clients from RSLs, Local Authorities to Private Developers, Stephen has a comprehensive understanding of the current housing design standards and has been key to the development of design and the innovation of housing typologies within PRP.

Mary is an associate director within our later living team. Since joining PRP in 2009, she has been the lead designer on a range of notable projects within the older persons housing sector at both planning and working drawings stages.

Mary has a broad knowledge in the area of housing for older people and has contributed to many projects which include intergenerational living, extra care, sheltered housing, care homes and design for dementia. Mary has also led a number of smaller schemes for adults with learning disabilities.

Mary enjoys working closely with clients and end users to produce bespoke, contextual and efficient design solutions.

James is an architect who has broad sector experience. However, more recently has focussed primarily on the creative and digital sectors. He is particularly interested in the technical aspects of delivering complex projects from design through to completion. He has contributed to many of the Manchester studio's award-winning projects including The Sharp Project, Space Studios and Arbeta all working with Manchester City Council. He is currently working on a number of exciting opportunities in the TV / Film studio sector. James trained at Queens University Belfast and the University of Dundee.

Robert is a director with extensive experience in mixed-use urban projects, contributing to numerous high-profile and competition-winning developments. His portfolio ranges from large regeneration projects, such as the Stevenage Town Centre Regeneration, to smaller, sensitive infill sites like Axion House in Lewisham. Robert has a comprehensive understanding of modern town centres, demonstrated through his work on cinema, retail, and food and beverage spaces at Bedford Riverside, Lewisham Gateway, and Marketfield Way, co-working space at Stevenage Town Square, and student accommodation at Hallsville Quarter, Newham.

Stephen joined PRP in February 2008 and has over 15 years’ experience specialising in sustainable residential and mixed use projects.

Currently, Stephen works in PRP’s regeneration team in London and has been involved in the design and technical delivery of many of our high profile regeneration schemes such as Portobello Square, Oval Quarter and most recently Chobham Manor, Olympic Park.

Stephen has a good understanding of the aspirations of clients and contractors alike and has considerable knowledge in the design and delivery of both complex high volume residential schemes and small, traditional built high value private developments.

Cormac's work is primarily focused on the technical delivery of high quality medium and large scale residential led developments. He is one of the early stage BIM adopters (2009) and continues to use his in-depth BIM software knowledge alongside his extensive residential and mixed use experience to guide teams.

Before joining the London studio, Cormac worked in the PRP Surrey studio where he was part of the later living team. He has also worked in other architectural practices specialising in retail, commercial, residential and private housing sectors.

Ben Williamson has over 15 years of experience in the residential sector. He leads a team of designers focused on delivering projects from the initial design stages, from concept to planning. Passionate about realising design aspirations, he maintains oversight of projects through the construction stages to completion.

His expertise spans site-wide masterplanning, where he creates new, characterful, and sustainable communities, as well as designing individual homes and crafting inspiring and effective living environments. Ben has worked closely with a diverse range of clients, including house builders, developers, and housing associations. His project experience ranges from large, high-density urban mixed-use developments to lower-density suburban schemes and niche, high-end residences. Ben co-authored Distinctively Local, an industry guide on how to boost housing supply by creating beautiful and popular homes. 

Craig's experience, gained both in the UK and internationally, spans a variety of projects. These include residential-led brownfield and mixed-use schemes, town centre regeneration projects, high-profile international masterplans, as well as multiple design-led smaller builds and insertions. He is currently leading several PRP teams on schemes in London, the South East, and the South West.

Recently, he has written or contributed to a number of reports and documents on mixed use and co-location, including a guidance document for the London Borough of Lewisham. He regularly lectures on mixed use and co-location at various universities. Craig is a member of the Wandsworth and Richmond Design Review Panels, the Kingston Placemaking Panel, and the Design South East Design Review Panels. He also co-chairs the Design Commission for Wales Design Review Panel. He is also a regular columnist for BTR News.

Robert is a technically focused architect with a proven record of successfully leading teams to deliver complex, residentially led, mixed use projects. Working at both pre and post planning stages, Robert applies his detailed knowledge of design, construction, fire safety, facades, MMC technologies and environmental design to work collaboratively on complex large-scale projects. These include high rise residential, estate regeneration and refurbishment schemes.

Robert is also a member of PRP’s Technical Steering Group which is tasked with maintaining and developing technical standards at PRP.

Since joining PRP in 2005, Mark has been the lead designer on a range of high profile projects within the older person housing sector. Most recently three of Mark's Extra Care projects Trees in Highgate, Kidbrooke in Greenwich and St Bede's in Bedford have won prestigious Housing Design Awards.

Mark is a passionate champion of the HAPPI Principles and achieving high design standards. His particular skills lay in working closely with clients and end users to produce bespoke, contextual and efficient design solutions.

Mark was made an associate director in October 2011.

Steve is a chartered quantity surveyor with 25 years of experience. He has been involved in several large, complex estate regeneration schemes, delivering more than 250 units. Two of his key projects are the award-winning schemes South Acton and Alexander Place.

Steve has also conducted Development Appraisals for clients using Argus appraisal software and has prepared detailed cost plans to support development negotiations. His thoroughness and negotiation skills have been acknowledged by clients seeking a robust commercial perspective.

Jamie is a director in the London studio. He has extensive experience in the technical delivery of a range of schemes, from social housing led projects to high-end private tenure developments.

His approach to design development and management is focused on the delivery of high-quality architecture within client budgets. This often entails connecting with design teams at Stage C/D to ensure robust and technically proficient outputs.

Jamie has a detailed understanding of design performance and regulatory standards. This knowledge has led to him becoming a member of PRP's Housing Standards Steering Group and ensuring key changes to these standards are interpreted and disseminated amongst the practice.

Ian specialises in private developer housing and is working with many of the most successful housebuilders in the South East and home counties. Ian joined PRP in 1996 and has been successful in gaining valuable planning approvals on a number of high profile development sites including highly sensitive greenfield and brownfield sites within the green belt, several of which have been shortlisted for design awards.

Ian leads a group of innovative architects, masterplanners, and urban designers, committed to delivering the highest quality design solutions and achieving the best value for our developer clients.

Since joining PRP in 2006, Marco has led the design development through to the completion of a number of innovative and high-quality residential and mixed-use schemes in London. These include the 324 new dwellings of the first phase of the prestigious Portobello Square development in Kensington, a 660-unit 'Apt' student apartment building in Wembley, 193 apartments in two new towers in the landmark Lewisham Gateway development, 216 new dwellings and commercial space in three new buildings at King's Cross Central, and the residential component of the Central St Giles development near Centre Point.

Alistair leads the Manchester studio. He has over twenty years of experience in designing complex, high-profile projects that span all sectors, though in recent years has garnered a particular interest in the commercial sector. Projects include CoRE, the conversion of a listed, disused pottery works in Stoke-on-Trent for the BRE to provide educational and exhibition space to showcase developing renewable technologies and The Sharp Project, the BCO Award winning conversion of a disused warehouse into a state of the art centre for the digital and creative industry. More recently, Alistair has been working with Manchester City Council on Space Studios, a significant new purpose built production stage complex in the centre of Manchester.

Scott's role is centered on technical design, design management, and Building Information Modeling (BIM). He is passionate about quality, integrated working, and building technology. Leading a dedicated and experienced team, Scott oversees the production of construction documentation for PRP's projects in the UK. With extensive experience in UK housing, including high-rise residential, estate regeneration, refurbishment, mixed-use, and exemplary sustainable design, Scott directs PRP's BIM Steering Group. This group is responsible for developing the company's interdisciplinary BIM capabilities.

Richard is responsible for championing the highest standards of design across the practice. He motivates staff from all teams to uphold PRP's vision and consider design quality, whether for a large masterplan or the smallest detail. The nature and variation of the projects he has undertaken at PRP mean he possesses a thorough understanding and experience of the issues and aspirations of residents, clients, and developers at all stages of the design and delivery process.

Richard has experience in all RIBA stages, with specific expertise in design conception and project development. He has worked on many award-winning schemes. Currently, he is leading some of PRP's most high-profile projects, including a significant build-to-rent scheme at Wembley Park for Quintain, volumetric modular houses and apartments for Berkeley Group at Kidbrooke, and the 2,532-home Clapham Park masterplan for Metropolitan, considered to be the largest detailed planning application in the history of the UK.

Bhupinder has extensive experience in housing and mixed use projects including large scale regeneration projects from their inception to their completion on site. His core skills include project management, design and technical management on complex projects, coordination of a wide variety of projects such as schemes for RSLs, private developers and local authorities including sheltered accommodation, urban regeneration ranging in scale from small infill site developments to large scale masterplanning.

Angeli is a director and leads the landscape team. She oversees large-scale estate regeneration projects, residential developments, and mixed-use schemes, as well as master planning, streetscape, urban, and landscape design.

With over 25 years of experience, she is responsible for managing the landscape team, covering all aspects of landscape procurement from feasibility stages to design development, implementation, and delivery of large-scale residential and commercial landscapes. As a chartered landscape architect, Angeli integrates environmental and social values into external spatial design and arrangement. This approach aims to enhance people's lives and the environments they inhabit. Additionally, Angeli is a member of the Royal Greenwich Design Review Panel.

Jenny is an accomplished architect and expert in the later living and specialist care sector who is passionate about intergenerational design. As a partner at PRP, Jenny oversees and leads the later living team, ensuring consistent delivery of award winning architecture. 

Her team’s projects have been recognised for setting the design benchmark in the later living sector and are championed as some of the best examples seen across Europe. Jenny has worked closely with a wide variety of clients across the UK, delivering high quality housing for older people of all tenure types. She remains closely involved in projects and is integral to their successful inception and delivery. 

She has a real passion for sharing her knowledge and bringing innovation to new design challenges, whilst recognising the need to create environments that are domestic, comfortable and bring delight to those who use them. 

Previous experience within the healthcare sector has given her extended knowledge on designing to meet the needs of older people and those with sensory impairments. Jenny is a regular contributor at conferences and seminars and has written a number of recognised design guides covering a range of specialist provision for older people, mental health and learning disabilities. 

Clare is an architect and director within the later living team. With over twenty-five years of experience, Clare has designed and led an extensive portfolio of award-winning projects in the field of older people's housing and care. She has an in-depth knowledge of the subject of residential and nursing care, dementia care, assisted living, extra care sheltered housing, retirement villages, and supported housing for residents with learning difficulties, physical disabilities or sensory impairment. Clare has a passion for good design and shares her knowledge through leading design reviews for the studio, writing design guidance in the sector and speaking at conferences.

Key projects include the seminal and multi award winning Pilgrim Gardens; a stunning courtyard sheltered housing project for Pilgrim Friends in Leicester and Windmill Court in Chingford. Both embrace all of the HAPPI recommendations and are designed with open gallery access around beautiful landscaped gardens.

Justin is based in Surrey and focuses on achieving quality in the detail design of all forms of older persons housing, ensuring the realisation of the original design concept. Justin has been a key player in achieving a number of significant award successes in this sector for design innovation, quality and sustainability.

Previously he has been involved in high end London office and residential developments as well as the remodelling and restoration of many listed buildings.

Andrew has extensive experience in large-scale regeneration, residential, commercial, and mixed-use developments. He leads PRP’s Development Consultancy and Research team, overseeing the sustainability performance of the practice.

He provides strategic advice on development projects and existing buildings, serving as a technical advisor to DLHUC and the Welsh Government on building safety and regulations. Andrew has a comprehensive understanding of the Building Safety regimes and regulatory changes.

His expertise encompasses building reuse, retrofit, adaptation, construction quality, defect analysis, facade replacement, building safety, compliance with regulations and standards, sustainable development, zero carbon buildings, efficient building operation, health and wellbeing, climate resilience, post-occupancy evaluation, and corporate sustainability strategies.

Andrew is adept at directing research and development projects that contribute to new legislation, policy, and innovative construction solutions, both in the UK and internationally. He creates guidance documents, provides training, and offers strategic consultancy and expert witness services. Additionally, Andrew contributes as a tutor at NYU London and a columnist for Building Design, and is a frequent speaker at industry conferences.

Neil is responsible for the financial and operational performance of the practice and also oversees the practice's human resources. He has had more than twenty years’ experience in the property sector and has been on PRP's main Board since 2001.

He is the Company Secretary for Design for Homes, a not for profit company, promoting good housing design and was the former Chair of the Architects Financial Management Group.

Rick focuses on maintaining high-quality products and services for clients while improving efficiency in working methods. He plays a key role in the BIM steering group, providing a practice-wide perspective. Instrumental in establishing PRP's quality assurance in line with ISO 9001, Rick oversees protocols for effective project plans, digital construction information, technical manuals, easy-guides, and information audits.

Involved in numerous research and development projects, Rick works closely with government departments, industry institutions, universities, and partners with clients, contractors, and the supply chain. His efforts are geared towards fostering collaborative methods to enhance efficiency and elevate industry standards, resulting in safer and more engaging living spaces.

With extensive experience in residential project design and delivery, Rick's expertise has expanded to serving as an expert advisor and witness for insurance cases and legal disputes. His focus is on issues of construction detailing, compliance with regulations, and adherence to current industry standards.
