PRP’s Development Consultancy team has won a place on Notting Hill Genesis £36 million Fire Safety Framework. The four-year framework will be used for fire safety works and planned investment programmes.

This latest appointment builds on PRP’s role as fire guardian for Notting Hill Genesis on its new build developments over the past five years. As part of this framework, PRP will continue to deliver risk assessments and intrusive surveys across the housing association’s existing portfolio and ensure the safety of previously installed cladding and external walls.

The team will also be offering a full suite of other fire consultancy services such as digital record and building safety case, 3D scan to BIM and project documentation coordination.

PRP will be drawing on the expertise of its multidisciplinary team of Employers Agents, Principal Designers, Cost Consultants, Site Investigators, Fire Safety Engineers, Architects and Sustainability specialists to offer integrated solutions for existing blocks, including those that have received financial support from the Building Safety Fund.

Andrew Mellor, Partner at PRP, said: “We are very pleased to have been awarded a place on the Notting Hill Genesis Fire Safety Framework. We very much look forward to further strengthen our long-standing relationship with Notting Hill Genesis with regard to building safety consultancy services."

PRP’s development consultancy has grown from 25 to 60 employees since its creation five years ago and is an industry technical analyst supporting Department for Levelling Up and Housing Communities on building regulations and building safety.
